Last updated: July 13, 2026

A+ Students ("A+ Students," "we," "us," or "our") provides after-school tutoring and educational services for students in Kindergarten through Grade 12, through our website at aplustudents.com and our A+ Students mobile apps (together, the "Services"). This policy explains what information we collect, how we use and share it, how we protect children's information, and the choices you have. We are a Canadian company and handle personal information in accordance with applicable Canadian privacy law (including PIPEDA) and other laws that apply to you.

Because our Services are used by families, most accounts are created and managed by a parent or legal guardian, who provides information about themselves and their child and consents to this policy on the child's behalf.

๐Ÿ‘จโ€๐Ÿ‘ฉโ€๐Ÿ‘ง A note on children. Our Services are directed to families and are intended to be set up and supervised by a parent or guardian. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from a child without parental involvement. A parent/guardian can review, update, or request deletion of their child's information at any time โ€” see Your rights and choices.

Advertising and analytics partners (e.g., Meta/Facebook, Google)To measure and optimize our own advertising to parents/prospective parents. You can control cookies through your browser settings. Our mobile apps use local device storage to keep you signed in and to save learning progress; they do not use advertising cookies.

5. Data retention

We are based in Canada and process information here and with service providers that may operate in other countries. Where information is handled outside your province or country, we take steps intended to ensure it remains protected consistent with this policy and applicable law.
